Occasionally, Pretty Serious will pre-sale incoming stock to ensure that we send the right amount of each shade to our two warehouses (USA and Australia) for high demand items and collections. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to find the information you need about your order so we've compiled a handy FAQ for you all to answer all of your pre-sale questions.

Firstly, all pertinent pre-sale info including expected ship dates will be listed on all pre-sale items. If you can't remember your shipping ETA, please check the item that you ordered and the date will be there.

1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
This is the question we get the most about pre-sale items and of course! You're excited to get your stuff. Each pre-sale item will have a shipping date listed in the item info. This date is the LATEST DATE your item will ship. Your order will likely ship well before that date, but that date covers lab, shipping or customs delays. If the pre-sale exceeds this date, you will be notified via email.

2. CAN I ADD NON PRE-SALE ITEMS TO MY ORDER
Yes, but please be aware that even non-pre-sale items will not ship until the entire order is ready to ship. If you want non pre-sale items to ship before the pre-sale items are in stock, please place a separate order.

3. MY PRE-SALE HASN'T SHIPPED YET AND I WANT TO ORDER AGAIN. CAN I ADD TO THE OPEN ORDER?
Yes, you can. Contact us and we will arrange it for you.
